I came across this long house in Alaska. Although it was empty, I pictured baskets of food, and the moon shining in, giving one the feeling of looking out into the world of spirit where there are no material things. I imagined detachment from everything in my life except the Creator and my ancestors who surround me all the time, and it gave me a sense of freedom and excitement for what lies ahead, after my time here is complete.
