Meditation has allowed me to reach into my mind and pull out inspirations that enable me to create images that reflect our culture and the land. This painting was created to help encourage all who are struggling with noise and stress, to slow down and give your body and mind the food it needs through reflection.

So much can be accomplished if you learn to practice this on a daily basis. Just by practicing meditation for a week, along with prayer, it will change your outlook and guide you onto the right path.
