Prayer Beads

I was unable to fast and felt bad. A friend in my community gave me a string of 95 prayer beads which I used during meditation. It helped center me and bring balance to me at a time when I really needed it.

I learned how important generosity is. To give without expecting anything in return is the best way to show love. Generosity is a quality of the spirit.
