Let it Snow

I pray to the Creator,
for snow to fall upon
the people of the
earth and take away
the illness of Hatred.

I look to the Creator for
peace within myself,
so that I will not follow
those who will try to
lead me down a path
of destruction.

Let the snow fall down
and cover me with
fresh renewal, so that
I may serve humanity
to the best of my
ability.

I remember when I used to go to my grandma's house. In the winter, my grandmother would always remind us to go out into the snow. I thought this was strange as it was cold, but she insisted and said it would kill off all the germs that we had and all of the sickness would come out of us. Sure enough, we would always get colds, but she said that was important because all the disease and sickness on the earth would be cleansed just before spring.
